We pour in small batches so we can stand over each one — weighing the wax, setting the cotton wick, and burning a test candle before the scent is cleared to ship. Every scent leaves the bench with a specimen number and a three-note profile, so the candle in your hand is the same one we signed off.

How long do the candles burn?
Our standard soy candles burn roughly 50 hours; the three-wick pillars run longer. Trim the wick to about a quarter inch before each light and let the first burn reach the edge for an even pool.
What are they made of?
A soy-and-beeswax blend with cotton wicks and phthalate-free fragrance oils. These are home-fragrance goods and are not intended to be ingested.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders are hand-packed and dispatched from our US warehouse within 1–2 business days, with 2–5 day delivery after that.
What is your returns policy?
Unused items can be returned within 30 days. Email support@primesrvanta.store and we’ll help you sort it out.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes — any order can ship as a gift, and the Signature Discovery Box arrives in a rigid gift box ready to hand over.
